WE Crossover at the Goethe-Institut, Mumbai

WE collaborated with Crossover Poetry to create WE Crossover - a multi-lingual poetry celebration encompassing the beauty of myriad languages. In addition to poetry, there was an illuminating discussion on feminism around a book titled 'Urmila' by Pervin Saket, led by Maya Sharma Sriram in conversation with Pervin Saket. In the session on German poetry, Jayashree Hari Joshi spoke to Ramneek Singh about the way poetry was reflecting the rapidly changing reality in Germany in a vibrant way. There were sessions on music, comedy, story-telling, all speaking to an engaged, interested audience whose presence made WE Crossover a delightful event.
